Meet the Owner
Experience
Ms. Cunningham is the founder and CEO of DC LSS. She began her career in the legal and law enforcement field in 2007 where she worked as a Legal Support Assistant for the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office, a Detention Officer, a Legal Liaison, and a Conduct Resolution Analyst for the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, a Legal Secretary for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and an Adult Probation Officer for the Adult Probation Department.
With over 17 years of combined experience, she acquired a wealth of knowledge in civil and criminal law, rules and procedures, understanding and comprehension of law, policies, legal terminology, due process, the judicial system; and knows how to effectively and efficiently get the job done.
Through her extensive experience, Ms. Cunningham developed and honed her skills through insight gained in her professional career while working with a number of prosecuting and defense attorneys in both the federal and county sector, and while working directly with law enforcement command staff.
Education
Ms. Cunningham holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Justice Studies from Grand Canyon University, is a 2020 graduate of an American Bar Association approved Paralegal Studies Program at Phoenix College, and successfully completed Real Estate courses at AZ School of Real Estate and Business.
Certifications
Certified Legal Document Preparer by the Supreme Court, Commissioned Notary by the State of Arizona.
Community
Ms. Cunningham has a deep love for people. She is compassionate, giving, believes in equality, justice, and fights for the disadvantaged.
Ms. Cunningham has served as an Assistant to the First Lady of her church. She has also served as the church Secretary, Pastor’s Assistant, an Usher, a member of the Executive Team, assisted in the Outreach Department, is a Lead Servant in the Women’s Department, and volunteers her services in the community.
